Cerakote by PB Ltd is the dedicated Cerakote sister company to PB Powder Coatings Ltd, an established specialist surface-finishing business founded in 2016.
Our experience began in the automotive sector and has developed far beyond it. As our knowledge, capabilities and use of Cerakote grew, we recognised the need for a dedicated operation focused specifically on professional Cerakote application and the growing opportunities within commercial and repeat-production work. Cerakote by PB was created to provide exactly that.
Today, we work with manufacturers, engineers and businesses across a wide range of industries, alongside our established automotive and cycling work.From individual components, prototypes and initial trials through to larger batches and ongoing production, we approach every project by first understanding the component, its intended use and what the customer needs the coating to achieve.
That knowledge is supported by an experienced wider team and a dedicated Cerakote operation built to handle everything from one-off development work and initial trials through to controlled batches and repeat commercial production.

Cerakote by PB brings together specialist Cerakote knowledge with the broader finishing experience, facilities and support of the team behind PB Powder Coatings.
Our applicators have completed professional Cerakote training, giving us a strong technical understanding of the full process — from substrate preparation and coating selection through to application, curing, inspection and final quality control.
This specialist knowledge is backed by a dedicated Cerakote operation capable of supporting everything from early-stage trials and one-off development work to controlled batch production and repeat commercial programmes.

Mix, filter and apply the specified Cerakote system under controlled conditions, working to the required application and film-thickness parameters.

Cure using the correct process for the Cerakote system and substrate, followed by visual inspection and coating-thickness checks where required.

Complete final quality checks before components are carefully packaged for collection or dispatch. For repeat production, approved processes can be documented and replicated across future batches.
